RHEL5 でyum updateしたら
カテゴリ：linux そうそう、RHEL5サーバでyum updateしたら、恐ろしげなメッセージが大量に出て焦った。
postgres homedir /usr/local/pgsql or its parent directory conflicts with a defined context in /etc/selinux/targeted/contexts/files/file_contexts, /usr/sbin/genhomedircon will not create a new context. This usually indicates an incorrectly defined system account.If it is a system account please make sure its login shell is /sbin/nologin.

え？ ええーー？？ なに、なにこれ？？ なんなのさなんなのさ？ と一瞬パニックになったけど、もう一つ上の行を見たら納得。

ああ、SELinux関連ね、、、っていうか、このサーバSELinux稼働させていたのか、、、設定なんてしたっけなぁ？ しかし、よく動いてるな、こんな適当さ加減で。
